Network Training Training is a key component to successful technology implementation. Our training approach covers scenarios specific to your operations to meet your staff's everyday needs. Training is commonly performed at your site so that staff will receive "hands-on" training which further improves their comfort level. However, we can provide training at a remote location as needed. Training groups can vary in size depending upon your needs. Our training courses include: Windows 95/98/2000, General Networking Techniques, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Access, and Internet Research. We can also train select staff on Network Administration tasks such as: General Network Maintenance, Disaster Recovery, Applying Basic Network Security Techniques, and Adding/Deleting Users among others.
Your staff will also receive training Materials such as manuals and handouts that directly reflect the topics covered in class.
